| Registration requirements | - must be a registered company or CC |
| Evaluation | Potential dealers will be thoroughly evaluated before approved e.g. credit checks, premises inspections etc |
| Order quantities | Dealers are subject to minimum order quantities as stipulated in dealer contracts. |
| Training | Product training is required and will be provided by Laxton |
| Pricing | Dealers are subject to a dealer discount |
| License | Dealers are responsible to arrange SAMRO licenses |
